Robert G. Kurtz, CPA, CSP, CDP, CISA, CIA

President & CEO

Prior to founding RGZ, Robert (Bob) was a senior IT and financial executive at The New Times Company and Time Warner, Inc. Subsequent to his corporate industry experience, Mr. Kurtz was a Practice Leader at both KPMG Peat Marwick and Deloitte Consulting.

Bob’s focus is on Program and Project Management for ERP systems. His industry experience ranges from financial services and media to education to energy.

Bob is a CPA and has earned more than several professional certifications in the areas of technology and information systems.

He has an MBA and a BS from New York University’s Stern School of Business..

Glenn R. Dinetz, CMC

Executive Vice President & COO

Glenn is a senior information technology executive and consultant with over 25 years of experience encompassing Big 4 Consulting as well as CIO and COO experience in publicly traded Fortune 500 companies.

Glenn’s focus is on operational process performance and Governance Risk & Compliance.

He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and has earned certifications in IT governance, risk analysis and fraud examination.

Mr. Dinetz has an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Business Administration and a BA from Marietta College.

Allyson Gilbert, CPA

Executive Director Organizational Change Management

Allyson, a former E&Y Partner, is a corporate strategy and change management expert with over 25 years experience as an advisor to senior management and accounting professionals. She has helped clients strategically manage the deployment of technology, business process and organizational change across regional, national and global borders. Her clients have included worldwide leaders in public sectors, professional services, publishing, financial services, not-for-profit, healthcare, consumer products and, media and entertainment.

Allyson developed a holistic deployment methodology, which focuses on deploying change from the user’s perspective to ensure the success of strategic projects: technology, organization design, business model, and process and operational changes.

She has managed the organizational change management activities for global SAP and PeopleSoft system implementations shared service creations, Human Resources Transformation initiative PMO’s and has established continuous improvement models for many clients.

Allyson has a BSBA in Accounting from Bucknell University and is a Certified Public Accountant

Patrick J. Slattery

Executive Director, World Class Finance

Helps CFO's develop their organizations to add the greatest value to the companies they serve and broadening their use of interactive data in their analysis and decision making. His specialties include: Finance Strategy; Service Delivery Model Design; Planning, Forecasting and Performance Management; Talent Development; Business Intelligence (BI); Enterprise Resource Management (ERP); Interactive data, semantic web, XBRL, etc.

Patrick is an established leader in finance transformation and the use of performance metrics and best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency. He is an expert in functional business process design, requirements development, technology selection, detailed design and implementation as well as continuous improvement and performance management and their implications on business strategy and execution. Patrick helps companies identify, prioritize and implement programs to achieve improved business performance and better link functional processing to business management. Patrick is a former Partner at Bearing Point and Deloitte Consulting.

He has a M.A.S. / M.B.A. from the University Of Illinois at Chicago in International Business and a B.A. in Accounting from Saint Michael’s College.

Robert T. Murphy

Executive Director, World Class Information Technology

Bob is a results-driven business and transformative technologyleader, with proven success in applying technology solutions to bring products to market and improve business performance. He has extensive expertise in transforming sub-optimal IT functions into high-performance enterprise contributors. His specialties include: IT Strategic Planning; Business Process Improvement; Transition & Technology Refresh; Applications Portfolio Management; Operations Performance/Reliability; IT Governance and SOX Compliance; Sourcing Strategy; Client/Vendor Relationship Management; Team Leadership, Coaching & Development; Executive Communications; Social Networking; Cloud Computing.

A former Vice President and Chief Information Officer at the Boston Globe, Bob orchestrated enterprise-wide IT transformation, providing strategic vision, and enabling change and process improvements. Consolidated four disparate IT functions into one cohesive organization, architecting a single platform for multiple products and delivering savings of over $2.5 million annually. He served as a communication bridge between senior business stakeholders and senior IT professionals during a time of rapid industry change at the Globe and eventually at The NY Times after the Globe was acquired.

Bob has an M.B. A. from Boston University – School of Management in Information Technology where he graduated cum laude. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Boston where he graduated magna cum laude.

Steven A. Weintraub

Director Sales & Marketing

Steve brings over 30 years of direct sales and sales management experience to RGZ Solutions.  He has assembled a distinguished sales career over those years having worked for such Fortune 500 companies as Wallace Computer Services, Moore Corp., Banta Data Corp. and RR Donnelley.  His focus is business development for both new and existing clients, brand development and client relationship management.

Steve has a B.S. from SUNY Oswego.

Ramesh Lakhani

Director Finance, Controller

Ramesh is a senior financial executive with over 30 years of industry experience overseeing all financial operations, corporate planning and structure. He has overseen audit and tax functions as well as being proficient in all aspects of corporate accounting.   With leading industry experience and an intimate knowledge of the accounting world, Ramesh has worked with a wide array of clients and contacts.

Ramesh manages all of RGZ's accounting, tax, audit and financial planning activities.  Additionally, he provides our clients with financial accounting and advisory services.

Mr. Lakhani received a BA with honors from Bombay University, specializing in Finance and Accounting.
