RGZ Solutions has successfully led another major enterprise resource planning integration effort into production as of January 2010. UHY Advisors TX engaged RGZ in November 2008 to assume project management responsibility for the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management System based on Microsoft Dynamics GP technologies to support Mountaineer Gas Company’s new call center requirements.
The Mountaineer Gas Utility Company (MGC) of West Virginia opened their new Customer Service Center today. Housed on Leon Sullivan Way in downtown Charleston, MGC now has use of a new and improved Customer Service Center to support their customers, help them with any question or needs they may have or assist them with billing and payment issues. The Center makes use of state of the art technology. MGC’s goal is to provide faster, more accurate responses and resolutions to their customers.
Simultaneously required within this effort was the site selection, construction and the technology infrastructure installation of the building that was eventually chosen to be the MGC Customer Service Center.
This project is widely viewed within MGC as one of the most successful internal projects ever achieved.
Perhaps David Cerotzke, President of Mountain Gas, summed up the project’s success best: “RGZ Solutions demonstrated its ability to quickly and successfully implement a complex CIS solution for us.
