PEOPLESOFT GO-LIVE AT EDUCATIONAL TESTING SERVICE EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL

RGZ Solutions has successfully led another major enterprise resource planning integration effort into production as of January 2005. Educational Testing Service (ETS) engaged RGZ Solution in March 2004 to assume project management responsibility from another major professional services firm for the implementation of four new PeopleSoft modules and the upgrading of several other Financial, HRMS and Supply Chain PeopleSoft modules. In total 12 new modules were either installed for the first time or upgraded.
Simultaneously required within this effort was the changing of ETS’s fiscal year end reporting from June 30th to December 31st, the management of internal reorganizations, open enrollment, implementation of a Cognos-based budgeting/forecasting solution, retirement of old financial coding structures, interaction with an internal independent test organization, and significant change management and training activities.
This project is widely viewed within ETS as one of the most successful internal projects ever achieved. Based on this success, RGZ Solutions has both been awarded other Project Management engagements at ETS.
Perhaps Frank R.
